How to use 191H
Suction cup switchPress the black switch on the back and the knife sharpener will be firmly attached to the table. When you finish the knife and pull the switch up, the sharpener will separate from the table. Since the base is very soft rubber, it will not damage the table. Note: To prevent the sharpener and table from being cut by knife or scissors, place the sharpener as close as possible to the table edge while sharpening. | Sharpen Standard KnifeNo. 1 V-shaped carbide groove is used to grind standard knives. 1. Insert blade fully and vertically into appropriate sharpening slot at a 90 degree angle to the sharpener. Gently with light pressure pull the knife blade from heel to tip in direction of indicator arrows. 2. Repeat above action until blade is sharp.
