Spiral Instant Kombu Shiitake Dashi with Bonito is a type of soup and stock traditionally used in Japanese cuisine. Spiral’s traditional Japanese dashi has umami flavour that balances any dish to add that extra depth of flavour. It can be uséd to enhance the flavour of soups, stews and cooked vegetables.
