Down jacket patch can be used as follows:
1. First prepare: patches, irons and unused cotton cloth.
2. Keep the hole in the down jacket and the back of the patch clean before ironing, and then adjust the iron to a proper temperature.
3. Tear off the glue of the patch and stick it to the hole or opening. Just iron it back and forth for a few times, usually for about 10 seconds.
4. In order to prevent scalding, you can put a layer of cotton cloth on the cloth patch, check the edge to see if it is scalded after scalding, and scald the edge a few times more. For a particularly thick cloth patch, you can scald it a few times on the back.
5. Cloth stickers embroidered with sequins or metal wires should be ironed from the back first, and then the corners should be trimmed from the front after the patch is fixed firmly, so as not to damage the sequins or other ornaments on the front.
6. The best way is to sew a few stitches on the edge of the patch with a needle and thread after ironing, which is more firm and very docile. If you don’t have an iron at home, you can directly sew the patch on the down jacket with the same color thread.
