I’ve been watching videos of the Ninja creami for a while. As a tragic foodie, I enjoy making (and eating) food from scratch. Icecream and gelato can be a pain to make by churning. So I was interested in the Ninja, but skeptical. I distrust a lot of video reviews by nature.
My first batch of banana gelato with chocolate truffle swirl was damn near perfect. Gelato Massina level, if you know the reference.
The second batch, French vanilla, was simple and deliciously lush.
So far, the ninja has surpassed my expectations. I’m moving on the more experimental recipes and mix ins now.

Exactly what the other comments have said – this is an amazing machine. It uses a different way to make ice-cream, which means that the preparation work is minimal. Even better, you get to try so many different ingredients and therefore flavours. It can be very loud when the churning happens but it only takes about 5 minutes, which is very much worth it!
