2. The yardage just shows — instead of distances.
Answer: Please charge the watch. The battery is too low to power the GPS function. If the problem persists, CANMORE can support it.
3. The handheld won’t charge or turn on after charging.
Answer: Please try cleaning the watch charging, rubbing alcohol, and a q-tip.
4. The watch can’t find any courses.

Important Safety Attention:
1. Make sure your CANMORE waterproof device is free from water and fully dried before charging and attaching the magnetic cable to prevent damage to your CANMORE device and charger. (device not included, cable charger only)
2. Avoid high voltage power sockets. When connected to an adapter the current must not exceed 1A and the voltage does not exceed 5V.
3. Keep it dry and cool as extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, can damage chargers.
