I enjoyed using this product. The bands that go around your upper arms work the best and you can actually see it moving and working the muscles. The belt that goes around your waist works good as well and fit well. I appreciate the design and the size of the belt as well as the ease of use and quality of the material.

Been using this thing a couple hours each day while at work (desk job) and it has really tightened up my tummy. Wife has even mentioned she can tell a difference. Just be careful while its on adjusting to your body – make sure its OFF 1st. Comes with added bonus of extra pads, btw, quite a nice surprise. Oh, and you can charge all 3 electric units at the same time, because it comes with a unique 3-way USB charger. Very durable product and it really works. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is limited, physically, from working out to tighten belly.

At first it was hard for me to set aside time to use this, but I’m discovering there are 15 minutes all through my day when I can wear it while I’m working on a project, brushing my teeth or reading. Can’t comment on the results yet but you can certainly feel the muscles working. Other comments pointed out ways to misuse it (not attaching to your skin completely, etc.). But use common sense and it’s a great help.
