I love this item. I hated doing potatoes by hand and with this it makes things so much easier.

I received it very quickly despite being imported. I really liked it and I’ve already made my first spiral potatoes, they turn out very well. You have to find a way to make them very well and quickly, it’s a matter of practice.
Recommended.
And yes, you have to file the edges a little to avoid cutting your hand when handling them, but nothing that affects their function.

This item did exactly what it said it would do. The “tornado potato” (spiral) slice is perfect with even, consistent slices. The blue shrink wrap did take about 15 minutes to remove, but it was no big deal overall. The brace that holds the end of the produce did indeed shred a good but, but I simply rotated the potato by hand which was extremely easy to do. The slicer is a nice weight, not flimsy, and did not slip or move around during use. It was quick and easy to clean. I recommend this product after comparing it to a couple of other models which were not nearly as sturdy or efficient.
