- While dosing funnel is attached, dose coffee grounds into the portafilter with a scoop or spoon
- Flatten the ground coffee before tamping

The interior of our dosing funnel sits flush with the portafilter basket. This allows for tamping with a tamper while the dosing funnel is attached to the portafilter.
