- The charger is not working, how to solve the problem?
A: (1) Please confirm whether the mobile phone you are using supports wireless charging;
(2) The charger coil is in the middle of the charger, and the phone coil and the charger coil need to be matched when charging.
(3) The charger does not support Apple Magsafe case. The charger is only compatible with ordinary plastic or silicone phone cases with a thickness less than 5mm. With a mobile phone case, due to the increased coil gap, it will also cause the mobile phone to heat up and charging slow when charging. If the phone case exceeds 5mm, or has metal,magnetic or bumps, the phone will not charge.
(4) Please replace the accessories (charging cable and adapter) and try again.

- Why does the indicator light go off automatically after ten seconds of use?
A: Our charger indicator light is a sleep light, the indicator light will light up after the power is connected, just put the phone on the charger to charge, the indicator light will automatically turn off after about 15 seconds of charging, but the charger is still working.
- Why is the indicator light blinking and not charging?
A: (1) The indicator light on the charger is blinking, it may be that the foreign object detection function of the charger has been triggered. Simply pick up your phone and place it back on the charger to start charging.
