Six-week training programme:
· Repeat the training programme 3 times a week.
· Rest a day between sessions.
· Swing fast for every swing. Step 3 should be your fastest swing.
· In steps 1 & 2, swing 3 times on your dominant side, before repeating your least dominant side, switching grips each time.
