STEP 1After applying AIMEILI Base coat and fully cured, then apply BLOOMING gel (do not cure). | STEP 2Draw anything you like with normal gel color, with a dot pen. Wait for a while to get blooming effect. Then cure. NOTE: Once it’s done with curing, it won’t bloom again. | STEP 3Apply AIMEILI No Wipe Top coat and cure under UV lamp for 2 mins, LED light for 30-60 seconds.
