The soother fits most crib rails with an approximate circumference of 10.5 inches. For baby’s safety, ensure the soother is securely positioned at least 7 inches above the crib mattress. The soother can also be used outside of the crib when placed on a nightstand or bedside table. | Designed for a perfect fitNeed to reposition the soother? The Perfect Fit Crib Attachment mechanism makes it easy for parents to quickly and easily remove and reattach the soother to baby’s crib. Unbuckle the strap and remove the soother for cleaning, travel, or simply to reposition it along the crib rail. To start or stop music without the remote, simply press the starfish button located on the soother. Need to customize baby’s nighttime routine? The mode switch located on the top of the soother allows you to select between 4 mode to give baby the perfect combination of lights, music, character motion, and sounds baby needs for bedtime. | Drift Off function lulls baby to sleepHelp baby slowly fall asleep with the soother’s Drift Off function. This setting gradually softens the calming melodies and twinkling lights every 10 minutes to help gently lull baby to sleep. And because this sleep machine is made just for our littlest loves, babies can easily turn the soother on themselves if woken in the middle of the night. | Tips & tricks for useIf you find the soother isn’t working as it should, try these tricks to ensure baby’s favorite calming routine goes interrupted. If your new soother isn’t operating, be sure you’ve removed and discarded the plastic “try me” tab. Device still on the fritz? Set the Power/Volume switch to Low or High and check or replace the batteries. A flashing red or solid red LED indicates the batteries need to be replaced. If it’s the remote control that isn’t working, be sure you’re within 12 feet of the soother and check or replace its batteries too. Finally, if you’re having issues with the lights, sounds, character motion, or music, make sure you’ve selected the mode that includes those functions and use the Play/Stop button to restart the soother’s playback. |
