Presentations
- Invite the child to hold the knobbed cylinder.
- Layout the mat from left to right and place the knobbed cylinders on the top of the mat.
- Take out all the cylinders serially from left to right by holding the knobs with the help of three fingers of the right hand and placing them on the mat.
- Pick up one knobbed cylinder with your right hand and give it to your left hand, then feel it with your right hand with two fingers; feel the rim also. Now again, give it to your right hand and put it in the hole.
Control of Error
The control of error lies within the material itself.
- Seeing those that are too wide does not fit
- Those that are too thin will not fit snugly.
- Those who are too short or too tall will not be level.
- At the very least, the child will be left with one that does not fit.
