Cole & Mason Gourmet Precision Mills
The Cole & Mason Gourmet Precision technology features a diamond-cut ceramic mechanism (for salt) and machine-cut, hardened carbon steel mechanism (for pepper). Each mechanism has hard wearing qualities which give high performance and delivers more salt or pepper per turn and more consistently than a standard mill. The mechanism features a lifetime and is designed to strip the individual layers of the peppercorns not crush them. This releases the natural oils in the peppercorn, releasing more flavour.
Gourmet Precision Mills take grinding control further, with six pre-selected settings for pepper and three settings for salt. Select a fine grind for sauces, a mid grind for pizzas or effortlessly switch to a more coarse grind for steaks.
