Tips for our new customers
- Place the product in a cool, ventilated, dry place, keep away from UV light. keep dry especially in the rainy season
- Do not open the package if you do not use this filament temporarily
- After using, insert the thread into the spool hole to avoid tangle
- After using, you can store it in a dry, sealed bag or box to avoid damp
Common problems and solutions by Comgrow:
- Bubble: Contact the seller to get free replacements if you find the filament has bubbles.
- Clogging/jammed: please clean/replace the nozzle and tube then try again, or contact the seller for support. Once we confirmed the problem caused by our PLA, a free replacement will be provided.
- Spoiled/damp: please send the printing photo, storage environment, and stored data to us.
