Floating Cleats or Fixed Cleats?
Floating Cleats: More for beginners, easy to set the position of the cleats on the shoes. Provide a slightly 9° side movement between the cleats and pedals.
Fixed Cleats: More for advanced or professional riders. No side movement between the cleats and pedals. More pedalling power to the pedals.
Please make sure to adjust the tension on your pedals before clipping in.
