Can the distance between two brackets be adjusted?
Yes, the distance between two brackets is adjustable,max to 980mm
Can the angle of the hand held shower head be adjusted in it’s holder? Or only go up and down?
The hand held shower head can be tilted to most angles.
Have the unit installed, but i can’t operate the rain top shower by it self, both top and hand shower work together.
Please make sure the shower hose fit in correct way. Should use the shorter hose to connect the diverter front inlet and the wall elbow; The longer hose to connect backward inlet and the hand shower.
