The DOCKCASE SSD Enclosure comes equipped with an exclusive D-Key control that allows you to switch between different pages, check detailed SSD information, and select multiple functions. You can dispel any doubts you have about the status of your disk. If the health of your disk is too low, you can easily back up your data or replace it with a new disk to avoid any data loss.
To operate the firmware of your DOCKCASE Smart SSD Enclosure, simply power it on and use the D-Key button.
Here are the specific steps to follow:
1.Homepage switching:
Double-click the D-Key to rotate the screen direction of the Enclosure.
Press and hold the D-Key to display the “About Me” page on the product display and move to the interface.
2.Switching the “About Me” interface:
Short press the D-Key to switch control options.
Press the D-Key for 3 seconds to apply/change the options on the right side of the cursor.
Note: If you don’t operate within 10 seconds, you will automatically return to the homepage. The revised data will take effect after reconnecting.
