Charlotte (Alyssa Milano) is a beautiful but chaste college freshman who is nearing her 18th birthday. Charlotte’s boyfriend Chris (Harrison Pruett) would like to take their relationship to the next level, but Charlotte isn’t sure if she’s ready. Meanwhile, Charlotte finds herself aggressively pursued by a mysterious new suitor (Martin Kemp).
