Driver’s black/brown wire connects to the live wire (L). White/blue to the neutral line (N).
If it doesn’t work, check the wiring connections again, including drive and chandelier, drive and the ceiling electrical box. (Because our chandeliers are tested twice before leaving the factory, only the products that work well can be packed and shipped. So we have little problem not working.)

- If you need, we can send you the new installation instructions via Amazon mail.
- The hanging wire needs to be more vertical after a period of use. It’s not a quality issue.
- If the chandelier does not light up after installation, it may be a loose wire connection.

Q1: What if the lampshade has dents?
- (As shown in the picture) You just need to gently lift the silicone belt with your fingernail, and then press it tightly.
- Clarification: the dent is not a quality problem of the material, it is just a minor collision that is inevitable during transportation, and our material is specially upgraded to meet this problem, therefore, do not worry.
Q2: How to use Memory Function?
- Method 1: Wall Button Switch
►►When using the wall button switch, the light switches between White Light- Neutral Light- Warm Light.
►►When you stay in one of these colors for more than 3 minutes, then turn off the light. The next time you turn on with the wall button switch, it will remember the last color.
- Method 2: Remote Control (Wall Switches must also be Turned On!)
Turn on the light, use the remote control to adjust the color and brightness, stay for more than 1 minute, use the remote to turn off, next time use the remote to turn on, memory success.
Q3: What if the remote control doesn’t work?
- 1. Please try to replace the Battery, Clear Code, Re-code.
►►Clear Code: Cut off the power supply. Then reconnect the power supply. Turn ON the light and press the “ON” button 5 times within 3 seconds. When the chandelier flashes 6 times, cleared successfully.
►►Re-code: Turn off the light. Then turn on the light. Long press the “ON” button for 3 seconds. When the chandelier flashes 3 times, code matched.
- (Clarification: Our remote controls have been successfully coded before leaving the factory. Only when the light fixture is successfully controlled can it be packed and transported. No need to worry.)
Q4: What if the suspension wire is difficult to stretch?
- (as shown in the picture) You just need to press firmly on the hole in the chassis, and then stretch with the other hand.
- (Tip: Maybe you need a little nails.)
