Trouble shooting steps
Q: There’s only a triangle mark or audio device displayed on phone.
Solution 1: Please check if the iOS system has been updated to 12.2 or lastest.
Q: Failed to disconnect Bluetooth Connection after close the charging case with earbuds inside.
Solution 1: One of earbud is out of power, charged it take it back.
Solution 2: One of the earbud poorly contacts with the charging case. Clean the charging contacts point on the earphones, put it back and try again.
Q: The indicator light does not turn off after put earphones in.
A: One earphone is exceptional or damaged or there’s only one earphone is successfully paired.
Q: The green flashes slowly or stops after a few flashes during Bluetooth pairing.
A: Both or one earphones may be out of power, put them in charging case and close the lid in about 15min and then retry.
Trouble shooting steps
Q: If no sound from a single earphone after pairing succeded:
Solution 1: Put the earphones in the case, open and close the lid twice. Or take out the earphones to pair again.
Solution 2: This earphone may out of battery. Please put it back to the case for charging about 15 minutes and then try again.
Q: If it failed pairing after multiple times:
Solution 1: Please make the charging case fully charged, and put earphones back for charing, try to pair again.
Solution 2: Please let the earphones stand still on 15h to run out of electricity, turn off the lid after be put in charging case, then charge.
Q: There’s one earbud no sound after long time leaving unused.
Solution 1: Please fully charge the charging case and the earbuds again for they are exhausted of battery in a long time unused.
Solution 2: Please check the earphones is connected to the phone.
Q: If the paring window doesn’t be popped up for a long time:
Solution 1: Please check if the Bluetooth has been enabled.
Solution 2: Please reset the phone.
Solution 3: Unlock the phone again after the screen locked, take out the earphones to pair once again.

WARMLY NOTE:
1. Does not support mixed pairing and check whether the earphones is belong one set.
2. One of earphone is power off, please retry after power up.
