The parking mode has three options to choose from.

1. Time-Lapse & G-Sensor: This parking mode allows you to record the whole night in time-lapse while you are away. Also, if someone hits your car while the time-lapse parking mode is being recorded, and if the impact reaches Its set G-Sensor level then the camera will record a 1-Min continuous video capturing every detail. Then It will also alert you with a voice alert when you start your car for the next time.
2. Motion Detection & G-Sensor: This parking mode allows you to record only when there is motion detected in front of the FOV of the camera and then it will record until there is no more motion is detected. Also if someone hits your car while in the motion detection mode, and if the impact reaches Its set G-Sensor level then the camera will record a 1-Min continuous video capturing every detail. Then It will also alert you with a voice alert when you start your car for the next time.
3. Collision Detection Only: If the Hardwire kit is installed properly, The ROVE R2-4K actively senses any impact while the car’s engine is turned OFF. If someone hits your car & if the impact reaches the set “Parking Mode G-Sensor” level, then >> the dash cam will turn ON and START RECORDING 1-min video. Then it will LOCK & SAVE that video in the events folder and turn OFF.
