Spiral Organic Tamari Sauce made with a stronger flavour and aroma than shoyu, tamari is wheat free and traditionally used as a cooking sauce. It’s rich in amino acids and high in protein. Tamari sauce is naturally fermented from organic whole soybeans, water and sea salt.
