READ THOROUGHTLY BEFORE PURCHASE:
- To ensure the best performance and protect the inside circuit board, the shell will get warm as the high quality aluminum alloy speeds up heat radiating.
- The total current of all connected devices to NOVOO Multiport Hub should not exceed 900mA.
- USB 3.0 interferes with 2.4GHz WiFi and other wireless devices due to the similar frequencies.
- According to Microsoft, the problem occurs only for the 2.4GHz wireless band, but not for 5GHz. Please set your router as 5GHz to avoid the problem.
- Your laptop’s Type-C port is compatible with Thunderbolt 3/Thunderbolt 4/DP Alt Mode, but if your laptop’s original Type-C charger is 45W or lower, we recommend using a Type-C charger with a 60W or higher output to use with our hub. Otherwise, you may experience slow charging or the inability to connect to the hub for charging.
