FAQ for DS400+ headphone amplifier
- Q1.About getting hot and power consumption:
(1) DS400 does not have battery so it will consumpt the power from the device. Please make reasonable plans for power consumption when connecting DS400 to mobile phones or other devices.
(2) DS400 with tiny body and high output power has the temperature rising for about 15℃ while working. Getting a bit hot is normal phenomenon.
- Q2: Does DS400 support in-line remote control in the headphone or phone calls answering with headphones?
(1) The DS400 does not have any buttons. And it does not support in-line remote control in the headphone or phone calls answering with headphones.
(2) When an incoming call comes in, the sound is still transmitted through the phone’s speaker and microphone. You can pick up the phone and make a normal call.Whether unplugging the DS400+ will not affect it.
- Q3: Why can’t the product start?
1. For Windows users, the driver needs to be installed for the first use.Please download the driver, installation guide and Foobar2000&JR player on the 1Mii official website ;
2. When connecting to other portable playback devices such as mobile phones, the DC5VIN port of the decoder requires additional power supply.
3. Please check whether the signal input is correctly connected, please use Type C with signal input, and need to connect “USB IN”, connect to “USB 5V IN”, it will not start normally. It is a power port.
