AS EASY AS 1-2-3 TO WEAR
Keep straps looseIt’s easier to attach the front if the straps are loose or lightly attached to the belt where you can grab them in a moment… | Attach the brace at the frontSimply take both ends of the main belt and wrap around your waist. Stretch a little but not too much. This attachment is not the primary function for back support (it’s just to keep it around your waist). If you are struggling to attach this part, the brace is too small for you (so measure yourself before you buy, don’t guess!) | Double-pull both strapsNext, take both ends of each elastic strap, stretch and pull forward at the same time, then attach those to the main belt. The brace should now feel firm, compact and comfortable around your waist. It is this attachment (the elastic straps) that is the secret sauce behind the support of your back. |
