Our kids have a bunkbed with draws underneath, so a shelf was the only option for my daughter on the bottom bed. I looked around until I found the bedshelfie, and can attest that it is exactly as shown in the pictures & ads, and suits the bed perfectly. I purchased this for my daughter’s loft bed so that she can have a drink while she’s up in her bed without getting down, or to set her phone on. She loves it and it has been very helpful. it’s very sturdy and easy to install. You can see the screws that affix it to the bed because it’s installed outwardly, but that would be the case with any product like this. It has felt covers so that the screws do not damage the surface. I would recommend this purchase.

I got this for my daughter’s captain bed because none of the bedside tables we found were tall enough. It works great! It hooks on quite easily, and it seems very sturdy after a couple of months. It easily fits an alarm clock, a small water cup, and a book for her, and so it’s a great size without being too big that you bump against it. The color is really pretty too, and it’s a perfect pop of color against her white bed.

We didn’t have space for a nightstand on one side of the bed and everything ended up as a big mess under the bed. The BedShelfie solved everything! Room for my books, phone, iPad and bottle of water without sticking out too far. One of the great features are the recessed spots to hold the phone and iPad wires – ingenious! This is a SUPER WELL MADE and easy to install product with a solid grip. Pads are also included so no furniture is scratched or damaged. What a great idea to provide a little extra shelf space that i right by the bed. Bought one to go on child’s bunk bed and it was delivered quickly (thanks Amazon!). Simple and robust in design it also has a ‘clean’ look to it which makes it easy on the eye. Well thought notches for wires for the ubiquitous chargers we all have and enough space for magazines, books and, just imagine the quaintness, an alarm clock.
I obviously didn’t try to stand on it to test the strength but did push on it to apply pressure and it will easily hold as much as you are likely to put on it (unless you try to pile your 20kg gym weights on there which wouldn’t be sensible would it?).
In summary, a very neat piece of furniture that helps with accessible storage space. I wonder if the designers will bring it out in other colours someday?
