Q1: What operating systems are compatible with the USB WiFi 1900Mbps?
A1: Support Windows 7/8/10, MAC OS 10.5-10.15, Linux(Kernel 2.618~4.4.6), NOT support chromebook, NOT support TV, Projector, Printer.
Q2: I don’t have a CD player to read the driver, what should I do?
A2: Please you can open it in Windows Explorer, run the installer. After that, It will work perfectly.
Q3: If the connection is unstable, what’s wrong?
A3: Pls check signal strength and signal channel, ensure that it is full to get high speed. Or try to reinstall the driver.
Q4: What should I do when it seems not working?
A4: If you use on PC, pls make sure connect adapter to the computer back not front. And if on laptop, please make sure uninstall or disabled the built-in wifi and Bluetooth, then install our driver.
Warm Tips:
For wifi adapter no matter what is 600mbps ,1200mbps or 1900mbps even 3000mbps even more ,it mean the speed of wifi it can receive, but when it can receive how many mbps depend on your wifi router.
