How to choose the right model of BY-V Series wireless microphone?
BY-V1/BY-V2 are for iOS devices with Lightning connector. BY-V10/BY-V20 are for Android mobile phones with USB-C connector(Includes iPhone 15 series).
Mobile phones with a 3.5mm jack connector are not suitable for the BY-V wireless microphone.
BY-V1/V2 does not work properly when connected to iPhone ?
Please unlock your phone before recording.
No sound on playback after recording with wireless microphone?
Please remove the wireless microphone receiver from the mobile phone port during playback.
