Find Your Phone
When your phone and the device are within Bluetooth range, if you can’t find your phone, please double-click the device button, and your phone will ring even in Do Not Disturb mode, but you need to turn the phone ringer volume to greater than 0.
How to pair the KZO Bluetooth tracker?
Q: Why can’t KZO tracker connect to smart devices (Mobile phones, tablets, etc)?
A: 1.Confirm if the smart device is turning on Bluetooth.
2. Check if the battery has power. If the battery is dead, replace it with an extra battery we provided.
3. Reset the KZO tracker or restart the app.
